About Me
I'm a software engineer based remotely out of Gloucestershire, England, where I live with my wife and our two cats. I'm interested in music, science fiction and fantasy, tabletop and video games, philosophy, languages; and, of course, software. I am happiest when I get to figure out complex systems in order to solve problems for people, whether by fixing bugs, developing applications, or mentoring others.
While I always enjoy abstract problem solving, I believe that technology doesn't exist in a vacuum: the software we build has to meet the real world – and real people – where they are.
